Meet Next Level 340B
Our Story
Next Level 340B was founded with a mission to bridge a critical gap in the 340B consulting space. As a former leader at a Covered Entity (CE), Mike, our founder, witnessed firsthand how essential the 340B program is to keeping local healthcare financially viable—especially in rural and underserved areas. However, the landscape was marked by a lack of expertise and a scarcity of affordable consulting services. Recognizing that an affordable option for 340B consulting was needed in the market, Next Level 340B was launched to provide expert guidance without the inflated costs.

Our approach is simple. We’re not just vendors—we're friend and we’re partners. We work alongside our clients to strengthen their 340B programs, focusing on transparency, integrity, and exceptional customer service. We don’t just want to be another consultant; we strive to become an integral part of your team, advocating for the success of your health system as if it were our own. From the start, our focus has been on supporting smaller and rural CEs that often lack the in-house expertise to manage complex 340B operations effectively. We provide training to enhance institutional knowledge and protect our clients from vulnerabilities if key staff members leave. Our goal is to empower CEs with the tools they need to navigate the ever-changing 340B landscape confidently and successfully.

Our impact is tangible. We’ve had the privilege of helping safety net hospitals and clinics remain open, directly contributing to the well-being of the communities they serve. One particularly rewarding success story involves a patient we enrolled in our cash card program for the diabetes medications they had historically been unable to afford. Initially at risk of losing a foot due to uncontrolled diabetes, the patient is now thriving with an A1C within normal limits and continues to work—a testament to how a well-guided 340B program can transform lives.

Today, Next Level 340B is expanding to assist more CEs as they face mounting regulatory challenges and increasing program complexity. Our commitment to transparency and integrity remains unwavering, and our mission is clear: to help Covered Entities maximize their net revenue, using that revenue to foster access to quality, affordable healthcare for rural America. Looking forward, we aim to safeguard and strengthen 340B programs, helping our clients adapt to new regulations and secure the financial resources they need to thrive. Whether it’s expanding services, preventing closures, or maintaining essential healthcare access, we’re here to make a meaningful impact—one CE at a time.
